PH7 Electric · Fleet

Workers and vehicle, managed as one.

A business that needs recurring work done at its customers’ addresses does not need a hiring process, a vehicle purchase and a supervisor. It needs the work done. The PH7 Electric fleet supplies verified, trained and uniformed workers together with an electric vehicle, run as a single managed service.

What managed means

Everything between the need and the outcome.

“Managed” is a word that hides things, so here is the whole list.

01

The people

Workers verified before they start, trained by us on the actual job, and put in uniform. The person who arrives at your address represents PH7 — so their selection and their training are our responsibility, not a staffing agency’s.

02

The vehicle

An electric vehicle comes with the crew as part of the service. No fleet purchase, no financing, no depreciation on your books, and no second supplier to chase when something needs attention.

03

The schedule

Who goes where, in what order, on which day is decided by our own scheduling engine. Adding work does not mean adding somebody to plan it, which is what makes the model grow instead of just get busier.

04

The proof

Each visit leaves a record — that it happened, when, and by whom. Recurring field work that cannot be verified afterwards is work you end up supervising yourself, which defeats the point of outsourcing it.

05

One point of accountability

One contract, one company, one number to call. The alternative — a hiring partner, a vehicle lease and a supervisor of your own — is three relationships and a gap between them where every failure lives.

How a job runs

Four steps, every time.

  1. 01

    Booked

One-time or on a subscription, from the customer app.

  2. 02

    Scheduled

Placed on a day, a slot and a worker by our scheduling engine.

  3. 03

    Worker arrives

Verified, trained, in uniform, with the vehicle, at the address.

  4. 04

    Done, with proof

The visit is recorded — that it happened, when, and by whom.

Who it is for

Three shapes of work this fits.

Described by the shape of the job rather than by industry — the model does not care what the work is called, only how it repeats and where it happens.

Work that repeats

The same visit, to the same addresses, on a cycle. Scheduling is where recurring field work quietly becomes expensive, and it is the part we automate.

Work at the customer’s address

The job happens where the customer is, not at a premises you have to run. That is the shape PH7 Autocare proved, and the shape the fleet is built around.

Work that has to look professional

Somebody in your customer’s parking, in a uniform, representing you. Verified and trained is the whole product when the worker is the thing the customer sees.

Why electric

Because we sell and service them.

The vehicle in a managed fleet is a liability if the company managing it cannot look after it. The other half of PH7 Electric sells electric vehicles and services them — so the vehicle under the service is the vehicle we already know, from the same company, with no third party between a fault and a fix.

The rest follows from what an electric vehicle is: no tailpipe emissions at the place the work happens, and quiet enough for residential parking, early mornings and indoor sites. For a service delivered at somebody’s home, both of those are operational advantages before they are environmental ones.

A short conversation is enough to establish whether the model fits — the shape of the work, how often it repeats, and how many addresses it covers.
